Prime have a extensive range of products that are available for shipment within 3 days. Simply order online or if you prefer give us a call and we'll arrange everything. We'll prepare artwork for your approval, engrave your products and have them ready for shipment all within 3 days.

Express 3 day laser engraving is available at no extra cost subject to the procedure, terms and conditions below.
How It Works Step by Step
Step 1: Email your order or phone to check stock availability and production capacity.
Step 2: As soon as you confirm your order we will fax you a Sales Order Confirmation confirming "3 Day Express" service has been agreed to.
Step 3: Sign and Fax back your Sales Order Confirmation. If "3 Day Express" is not specified on the Sales Order Confirmation, goods will be dispatched within our standard production time.
Step 4: Pay for your order in full or pay deposit (depends on customers individual trading trems).
Step 5: Upload or Email your original artwork or logo.
Step 6: We will fax you an Artwork Approval Form within 24hrs of receiving your artwork. This Artwork Approval Form is for you to check and approve. If you do not receive this form within 24 hours please contact us. Delay could affect delivery time.
Step 7: Fax back your signed Artwork Approval form as soon as possible. Delay could affect delivery time.
Important - PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY
1. The "3 Days" commences as soon as Prime Promotional Products receives your signed Artwork Approval Form and Order Payment (depending on your individual trading terms).
If received after 10.30am (NSW time) then the "3 Days" will commence the following day.
Example A: If signed Artwork Approval Form is received on Monday 9.30am goods will be ready for dispatch at 4.00pm Wednesday.
Example B: If signed Artwork Approval Form is received on Monday 2.00pm goods will be ready for dispatch at 4.00pm Thursday.
2. Original Artwork must be received by Prime Promotional Products within 24 hours of receipt of your signed Sales Order Confirmation.
3. The signed Artwork Approval Form MUST be returned within 24hrs of being faxed to you.
NOTE: You will need to re-check our production capacity if points 2 and 3 above have not been met.
